The Jam is a charming, 1950s-throwback coffeehouse in the heart of Nashville, TN. The Jam is created, owned and loved by California transplants. Its cozy retro vibe and décor offer the perfect environment for bringing your books to study or meeting a friend to relax.
While riding on the third coffee wave, the owners aspire to continually acquire more knowledge and technique of the newest coffee developments. Therefore, we have made it possible for our customers to appreciate the subtleties of flavor, character, and growing regions of each bean.
We provide a variety of fair and direct trade coffee, single origin coffee, high quality beans, lighter roasts of beans, and latte art.
With possible brew methods just for you, such as the Chemex and Clever,we provide a more-than-delicious single cup of coffee. Our beans are prepared by local roaster Beck’s Farmhouse Coffee and Tea in Joelton, Tennessee. Our dairy is supplied locally by Gammon Farms in Orlinda, Tennessee. We proudly serve non-homogenized milk.
Alongside our passion for coffee is our specialized tea selection, including over 50 different types of organic, fair trade, and handcrafted loose-leaf teas. We specialize in custom orders for any pallet.
Come enjoy some of our signature tea-lattes, such as our popular “Valentine”: a vanilla berry truffle tea served with steamed milk and sweetened with agave nectar. We steep each tea according to its appropriate time to provide the perfect extraction and flavor. Come on a tea tour with us!
The Jam was recently featured in the Chef Du Jour column in the Tennessean for their delicious and nutritious menu. We offer pastries and desserts made by local bakery Lucy’s Kitchen in Franklin Tn. Our menu selections include breakfast plates, Panini’s, sandwiches, “Two Bomb vegetarian Tacos,” and the “Veggie Reggie Sandwich.” Our bread is supplied locally by Provence Breads.
